Yes, we can put together a team of remote admin assistants whose skills and personalities best compliment the departments you’re looking to support.

We only need about 10 hours of support per week to start - is this too little? We envision needing more support in about 6 -12 months.

Our packages are really flexible and can be reviewed at intervals if a reduction or increase is needed.

What kind of hours does the 955 Consulting team work?

We will put together a team that best supports your company during the hours you operate. However, all our team members work on a freelance/self-employed basis and will set their own hours and work schedule.

We are working on a very discreet product, are you happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement?

Absolutely, this is common practice within our business and industry.

We’d like you to come and work in our office, is this an option?

955 Consulting is a fully remote service, with all team members working remotely - we do not offer in person services. However, if your business requires a one-off face-to-face meeting, perhaps for the launch of an important project, this may be allowed. (This will also be at the discretion of the specific team member who you want to meet with).

We really need some support to start quickly, we cannot wait a few months. How quickly can we get something into place?

One of the benefits of us being a fully remote service is that we are used to operating quickly online with our automated processes. Once we have a package agreed upon, contracts signed and the team has been decided, we can get started straight away.

What happens if we do not get on with one of the admin assistants? Is there support in this situation?

Yes, absolutely! We ask for a settling in period - to learn the ropes, systems and team. But we understand that sometimes personalities clash or things do not work as envisioned. In this case, we will always try and replace the team member with someone who is better suited.

How long are you typically in place to support a company? We envision needing support for about two years.

It varies, depending on the company and what stage we begin/when they launch. But typically, 2-3 years of support from our team is needed before permanent staff take over.
